- Select your Record
- Upload your audio + artwork via the button on the product page
(If you’re not ready yet, you can do this later — we’ll guide you.) - Once we have your order a cover proof will be sent for your approval.
- We hand-cut your vinyl.
- We ship it to you ready to play
Simple, but every record is made individually — no shortcuts.
Current turnaround: 3–4 weeks
Turnaround times are subject to change. If you need your order sooner or by a specific date, please get in touch and we'll do our best to meet your deadline.
A rush service is also available for a small fee.
Cover Options
Choose how your record is presented:
Dust Cover (Unique to Small Run)
A printed front cover featuring your artwork, with a wraparound back strip for tracklist or design over a plain die-cut sleeve.
Simple, cost-effective, and exclusive to Small Run — ideal for releases, demos, and gifts.
Custom Pocket Sleeve (Standard Record Sleeve with 3mm Spine)
A fully printed, industry standard record sleeve..
Best suited for:
- Official releases
- Limited editions
- Gifts
- Artist projects
These sleeves are produced offsite and add approximately 1–2 weeks to the standard turnaround time.
Die-Cut Card Sleeves
Minimal, tactile card sleeves with a centre cut-out so your label shows through the front.
Available in:
- Black
- White
- Natural kraft card
Cover Proof
Once we have all the information for your order, we will make and email and cover proof for your order. Once approved this will be sent off to print.
Centre Labels
Add custom printed centre labels to your record.
If you don’t supply artwork, we’ll apply our standard Small Run labels so your record still looks clean and complete.
Templates
We have ready-to-use Canva and Adobe templates available to help you design your artwork with.
